Dr. Vincent Lin - Director of Execution Systems

Dr. Vincent Lin received the BS degree (and held an overall 1st rank in the department) in Industrial Engineering and Management from National Chiao-Tung University, Taiwan in 1992. He received the MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research in 1996 and the PhD degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research in 1999, both from U. C. Berkeley. He joined Leachman and Associates LLC in 2000 and currently is Director of Execution Systems. He has been involved in Cycle Time Reduction projects with several companies in semiconductor industry, including Samsung, Cypress, and Micron. One of the projects enabled Samsung to capture an additional $1 US billion in sales revenue and led to the runner-up of Franz Edelman Award (Interface, volume 32 Number 1, 2002).
